These procedures have the purpose to survey the health, habits and development of he young population and doing scientific research on kids and also take tissue specimens for various purposes.

But they also offer to make adjustments on the individual kid that the school or society wants to be done, most often procedures that have the aim of changing emotions, behavior, pubertal development and bodily functions.

They use many channels for selecting kids. Using kids that the police has cached for minor breaks is one way of getting kids to use. I have other examples in my files too of the police cooperating with these projects.

By the way, it could be useful for my investigations to get more details from your experience.
