Did you have bad anxiety problems before ?? I have panic/anxiety attacks EVERY day sonce stopping effexor. I am the one on Ativan too. The doctors wont comment on whether it is safe for me to take SamE .. however .. I bought two boxes of the jarrows formula .. they are sitting on a shelf .. I am afraid to take them !!!
