Nice try GARY, You stood your ground in court because you could not tell a lie? but ONCE AGAIN, you and your wife CONTINUE to avoid my main question? So i will REPEAT it AGAIN for the FIFTH TIME. WHY WERE YOU QUICK TO PLEAD GUILTY TO THE CHARGE OF CORRUPTION OF A MINOR? As you well know I was also in the SAME COURTHOUSE on that day DENIEL and YOU were in court. The assistant district attorny said that YOU WERE WILLING TO PLEAD GUILTY TO THE CHARGE OF CORRUPTION OF A MINOR!! HOWEVER, the assistant DA did not want to accept YOUR PLEA BARGAIN, because and let me quote what the ASST DA said " THERE IS SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO MOVE THIS TRIAL FORWARD" WOW!! No proof you say? How about you carrol? you say there is no proof? You say in your REBUTTAL that " I do percieve that you, and others with you, are not cognizant of the law and its do process" Well GARY actually i am VERY COGNIZANT OF THE LAW AND ITS DUE PROCESS! You see in the UNITED STATES an individual is INNOCENT untill they are proven GUILTY in a court of law. That means when you walked into the courthouse in MARCH 2004 in STRAUSSTOWN PA, you were an INNOCENT MAN! The burden of proof would fall on the PLANTIFF ie DENIEL MCAVIN to prove you WERE GUILTY!! Well every one knows that, due process, even you and carrol! So if there was NO PROOF like you and carrol say that there is none, then you should have walked into that court room a VERY CONFIDENT MAN, knowing that YAHWEH was on your side, and THE LAW was on your side, and that DENIEL had no proof right? But thats NOT what you did GARY! Your LAWYER and YOU wanted a PLEA DEAL!! You asked the ASST DA, if you could plead GUILTY to a LESSER CHARGE CALLED CORRUPTION OF A MINOR, rather then the INITIAL CHARGE OF CHILD MOLESTATION. You remeber that GARY? I DO, because I WAS THERE IN THE COURT HOUSE WHEN IT HAPPENED!WHY....I REPEAT MYSELF... WHY WERE YOU WILLING TO PEAD GUILTY TO SOMETHING YOU SAY YOUR SO INNOCENT OF? J.CARNES? E HAWKE? MIGHTY MAUDE? GARY? ANYBODY? Once again NO RESPONCE!!! SO MR E HAWKE I ASK YOU TO PUT THE COURT RECORDS ON YOUR SITE FOR ALL TO SEE!! GARY I WILL ASK YOU, PUT THE COURT RECORDS ON YOUR REBUTTAL! But we ALL KNOW YOU WONT! You and E HAWKE are so quick to say,{ WE HAVE SOURCES, AND INDSIDE INFORMATION} LOL!!! But the one thing that is a PUBLIC RECORD, and would help exhaunerate you and would prove that DENIEL was really lieing, YOU AND E HAWKE COWAR AWAY FROM!! THE TRUTH HURTS DOESNT IT GARY! What is so difficult to show everyone that you walked into that courthouse, stood your ground and pleaded NOT GUILTY, to any charges brought against you? UNLESS YOU DID PLEAD GUILTY, AND ARE AFRAID TO SHOW EVERYONE THE TRUTH? An innocent man would plead NOT GUILY if he really was NOT GUILTY! As far as you E HAWKE if you had ANY SENSE you would get the court records to PROOVE that GARY never asked for a plea deal! But for some reason you wont either! So you also PROOVE that any thing you say is COMPLETELY YELLOWISTIC JOURNALISM! I WOULD GET BETTER INFORMATION ON TRUTH, FROM THE NATIONAL INQUIRE, THEN YOUR SITE TRUTH ON THE NET! What better source to satisfy ALL SPECULATIONS, THEN THE COURT RECORDS! You dont have to be a GENIUS TO KNOW THAT E HAWK!
