You know GARY i have to agree with you on one thing, you say that no matter what you say i will not believe you, and the same holds true with you! NO MATTER WHAT FACTS ARE CLEARLY SHOWN YOU WILL LIE AND LIE SO MORE TO TRY TO KEEP YOUR REPUTATION TOGETHER! **FACT #1**You say that everything is HE SAID SHE SAID? Maybe you may not know this but nearly ALL MOLESTATION CASES are VERY DIFFICULT for the victim to prove!! You know why? In almost ALL cases the MOLESTOR, conducts his DEVIANT ACT to the victim in places where NO ONE CAN SEE WHAT IS GOING ON! You may be a VERY EVIL MAN GARY, but your still smart enough to COVER UP YOUR SECRET FETISHES YOU HAD WITH YOUR DAUGHTER DENIEL! You and your wife rant and rave that THERE IS NO PROOF, THERE IS NO PROOF!! Well OF COURSE THERE IS NO PROOF! THERE VERY RARELY IS IN MOLESTATION CASES!! THATS WHY SO MANY CATHOLIC PRIEST, JUST LIKE YOURSELF , GOT AWAY WITH THERE SEXUAL PERVERSNESS!! And like many catholic priest YOU used your POSITION as a perfect cover up! According to DENIEL you told her that you had a RIGHT to check the TOKENS OF VIRGINTY for yourself, then quoted scriptures to support your reasons why you were about to FINGER YOUR OWN DAUGHTER!!**FACT#2** You know DENIEL later on became a STRIPPER and had a VERY LOW SELF ESTEEM of herself as a woman! After talking to Dr G ELLIS a local counselor, he said that many females who suffer from low self esteem and get into the stripping buisness have suffered some sort of sexual abuse at a younger age!! coincidence?? I THINK NOT!!**FACT#3** But yet you CONTINUE to IGNORE the most POWERFUL EVIDENCE against you! WHY DID YOU WANT A PLEA DEAL FOR A LESSER CHARGE OF CORRUPTION OF A MINOR? YOU, MIGHTY MAUDE, J CARNES, AND E HAWKE HAVE YET TO ANSWER THAT SIMPLE QUESTION! WHY? Well its so obvious!! YOU WERE AFRAID THAT MAYBE THERE WAS EVIDENCE, maybe DENIEL had pictures, or maybe there was an eye witness you didnt know about!!So since you GOT SCARED, and knew THAT YOU DID SEXUALLY MOLEST HER, BUT WERENT SURE IF THERE WAS ANY PICTURES OR WITNESSES, YOU ASKED FOR A PLEA DEAL TO WEASEL YOUR WAY THRU!! You know the CATHOLIC PRIESTS also did THE SAME THING!! My queston to this forum, to E HAWKE, to J CARNES, to CAROL MCAVIN, or to ANYONE WITH ANY KIND OF SENSE IS THIS! ====WHY WOULD YOU PLEAD GUILTY TO SOMETHING YOU KNEW YOU DID NOT DO AND WERE COMPLETELY INNOCENT OF====?????? **FACT#4** Do you remember GARY when we were in the court house in STRAUSSTOWN PA, the asst DA asked your daughter DENIEL "is the person who you say molested you in this court room, and if so will you please point them out?" DENIEL then pointed STRAIGHT AT YOU!! Thats right GARY, Your daughter after she pointed broke down into tears and the asst DA asked for a moment so she could regain her composure. YOUR DAUGHTER POINTED AT YOU IN FRONT OF A DISTRICT JUDGE, KNOWING THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE SITUATION AND YET YOU SAY SHE IS LIEING?? You claim that DENIEL WAS FORCED TO DO THIS OR SHE WOULD LOOSE HER KIDS?? Deniel was safely within the confines of a district court, with you and her mother in the courtroom, if there was ANY EVIL PLOT TO TAKE HER KIDS AND SHE WAS FORCED TO LIE ABOUT YOU, ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS TELL THE JUDGE AND TELL YOU AND CAROL SHE WAS BEING THREATENED AND THE COURT ASWELL AS YOU WOULD HAVE HELPED HER!!! But thats not what happened is it GARY!!?? **FACT#5** on october 20th 2005 you emailed DENIEL an article written by KATHRINE KOO entitled ==GETTIN HIGH ON SEX==, do you remember that GARY? Was this your way to try to APOLOGIZE to DENIEL, and make her understand you have a SEX ADDICTION AND NEED HELP? At any rate she was turned off by your email and DID NOT RESPOND TO YOU! EVERTHING LET ME REPEAT MY SELF....EVERYTHING I HAVE STATED IS THE TRUTH!! As far as you CAROL, At least I can say that GARY needs mental and sexual help for his condition! BUT YOU DID NOTHING BUT CRITISIZE YOUR DAUGHTER CLOTHES FOR YOUR HUSBANDS ACTIONS!! You really are a SICK PERSON!! As far as your attacks on my mother, CARMEN OROSCO, I HAVE ONLY ONE THING TO SAY, you have always attacked woman in the AOY who you were jealous of and my mother is no different!! After she found out that you and GARY have been circulating her name on your forum she only replied one thing, ****" PLEASE THANK GARY AND CAROL FOR ACUSSING ME FALSELY TO JACOB MEYER THEIR ACTIONS HELPED REMOVE ME FROM THE AOY!IT WAS THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPENED TO ME AND MY FAMILY!
