ooppss, I forgot to wish everyone a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
Happy Thanksgiving, and about the RN salary and benefits, I think SV RN benefits and salary is pretty good. I think it is reasonable. Before I did not have health insurance and now I do. I can now think about my future and set up a 403b. Also, I know I will gain financially b/c if I work there a year I will get a little more. Maybe I think the salary and benefits are good b/c I am single and I have no children. Eric, if you want to know about your benefits you can go to http://www.rnbenefits.org/
