Date Posted: 04:08:40 11/23/08 Sun So far let me "sound-back" some good ammunitions we mentioned. 1. Prioritizing is very good- it helps to identify importance of the task, and provides good outcome with constricting time. 2. Identify your weakness - it is good to assess your asset and weakness. Mel identified that there are too much data needed before she starts her shift so she comes early. Shabeena mentioned she needs to familiarize herself on where to find things, and Eric feels he needs to improve English. Once you indetify the area, make an action to imprve it. 3. Big Bro and Big Sis - establish a good relationship with some of your peers. A big-sister like alliance in your unit. Mel has this Filipino RN who can make her shift a little bit better and enhance productivity. Anything else I miss? [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
