Subject: I have an idea for a custom dress that I would love to have made. But I do not want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Any suggestions?

They may want to do it as a class project or assignment....a student would charge much less than an established designer if you are on a tight budget. Good Luck!

Art Institute of Atlanta and American Intercontinental University. They *may* have merchandising and/or design depts that may be able to point you in the right direction. I would take a look on the web sites and maybe give them a call. Good Luck!!

Most schools have finals coming up for end of their quarter end of Feb/begin of March, so fashion design students are looking for a "final" project to present as part of a collection.
