I should have been more clear but you did so for me. Married ones are pretty much ok and the married women all seem to get along--with other married ones. But, you are right, the tag-alongs don't automatically have the same rights as married S/O and their insecurities can cause problems among the players.
In regard to what you said about S/O getting married perks, from what I've heard, the single guys who bring the S/O with them still have to share apartments as if they were single and the S/O just has to deal with it, the team isn't really paying for them to be here. But what if the room mate and the S/O don't get along? Or maybe get along "too" well???
And, yes, there are other issues clouding the cohesiveness of the team, but i felt this was one factor that had not been addressed to date.
Obviously, we need some sort of glue to get these guys back into a TEAM mentality and not a ME mentality. getting rid of Walby is a start, but not the entire solution.
