A second comment.

In a tank/mele group set up depending on WP's as healers I would say that tanks should spec damage and go two hander.

In a caster group I would do the opposite. Reason being that in a tank mele group you have superior armour and hit points but you need the extra damage to get people down. More so than before since immunity timers are longer.

In a caster group you either hang back guarding and soaking up damage or acts as damagsoaker breaking in and disrupting. Your damage is not what a tank contributes in this type of set up. The other people has enough dps to bring the enemy down.
