They did often watch when I got suppositories. I had to hold it until they said I could go. I'm not sure how long it was, but it sure seemed like forever then. I think thats why I like the feeling of desperation trying to hold it now.
I don't recall ever getting an enema when I was young.
The inspections were very embarrassing. It was usually after I got home from school or before bed, mom or dad would take me in the bathroom and I had to show that there wasn't more than normal small marks in my panties.
