Subject: Hygiene update

Hi y'all, I'm back. I didn't really know what else to share on here, so I've been waiting until I did.

So right now it's been a whole 5 days and 5 nights since I took a shower or changed my clothes. I've been wearing the same yoga pants, underwear, socks, bra, and tank top since I put them on after my last shower. I've worn some different shirts over my tank, and twice I put on gym shorts to go running, but that's it. I've even slept in these clothes all week.

At this point I've got some pretty thick skidmarks, which have soaked right through from sweat from running or sleeping, and my butt just feels dirty. The skidmarks are very visible even though my underwear is black. Up front is a mess of sweat-soaked discharge. I can't see any pee stains because black underwear, but I know they're there. There's discharge in my pubic hair, and everything is super smelly down there. My socks are filthy and my feet stink. My legs really need to be shaved. My tank and bra are darkened around the upper trim and under the arms. My face and hair feel greasy. I feel pretty dirty and gross right now, it just doesn't bother me.

I've kept my hands clean, brushed my teeth every morning, and brushed my hair each night and morning (but not washed it). I had to go into my work 2 days this week, but it was early on so I wasn't as gross as I am now. I don't think I could actually bring myself to go into work like this, lol.

I don't know if I'll shower tonight before bed or not. I'm really liking how it feels and smells to be under the covers like this and it takes a whole week to get this way, but at the same time I know I'm getting pretty icky. I'm spending my Friday night with my bff Netflix (yay! for having no life) so it really depends on if I fall asleep or stay awake.
