Pripyat and Chernobyl are two entierly different towns. Pripyat is located about 3 miles from the Chernobyl power plant, and is inhabited by about 45,000 people. Chernobyl town is located about 11 miles from Chernobyl power plant and is inhabited by 14,000 people. Chernobyl nuclear power plant and Vladimir Iljič Lenin is exactly the same thing for Chernobyl plant.
Hope I helped!
