![]() Dimitri sat across from the couple, crossing his legs at the ankles and smiling at the girl. What a pretty thing; young, cheerful and full of vibrancy. Absolutely lovely to see, especially at this time of year. Normally people were skulking about and searching for Christmas deals. At her words, he shook his head and laughed loudly. "No, no, my dear. Theron is his own person; I have no claim to his company save friendship. Many have tried their hardest to tame him but none have suceeded." "The Generals failed dismally, the heads of state went insane and he's younger than I am." Theron smiled broadly, resting his feet on the seat next to Dimitri. "I'm untrainable, I'm unbreakable and I'm probably schizophrenic but I haven't gotten enough complaints to change my ways." Theron studied the form of the woman seated beside him in the reflection off of his mirrored sunglasses, sitting on the table before her. She was lovely- absolutely lovely. He liked blondes; he didn't know what it was, but, there wasn't a blonde he could refuse. Except Dimitri. But other than Dimitri? No. Not at all. But... then again... He couldn't exactly refuse anyone other than Dimitri (and, well, Marcius... and, well, hmm...) anything. Ah well. She was still a jewel. Dimitri agreed with a slow nod. "Sadly, I will admit that you're right on that point. But if you're going to be rude, do it properly and keep quiet." Shrugging, Theron poured himself a cup of tea- retracting his arm from around the woman and settling back into his seat. He made up for the lost contact by moving closer and resting his head onto her shoulder. Dimitri scowled but ignored the gesture. Some battles you were destined to lose. "Excuse him. He knows nothing of boundaries." Dimitri sighed. "He isn't trying to offend you, my dear. He's just... just... rather unused to hearing no as an aswer." "S'not my fault I've been indulged all of my life." "Certinaly not by me." "Of course not by you, idiot. Stop being so foolish and sit up properly." Theron rolled his eyes and snuggled closer. "It's cold." "You should have worn a coat. I told you to wear a coat! |
