Ashena peered around Zeth just in time to see the hobo attack with a cup. She let out a slight scream as the cup came down on Zeth not once, not ten times, but a good 14 or 15 times. As the hobo brought the cup down again and again she yelled at him "Sam, stop it, stop it right now. He isn't going to hurt me." She was worried not only for Zeth but for the hobo as well. She had forgotten to block herself out and from Zeth's mind and found that she had entered it without meaning to again. She now knew that he so badly wanted to reach out and drain the hobo dry but that he wasn't going to for her.
He didn't want her upset and afraid of him any longer. She placed a soft, sensual message of thanks into his head for not attacking and killing the hobo like he so drastically desired to. It was then that she felt him struggle, although from his mind she could tell he didn't want to, to get out of her embrace. She squeezed him once before letting him go and taking a step back from him. She closed herself off from his mind, not really wanting to know what else he had planned for the hobo who just happened to walk upon the entirely wrong people. She was slightly afriad that his anger would grow to great and that it would be taken out of her, but for some odd reason she trusted that Zeth wouldn't attack her. . . not anymore. She folded her arms underneath her chest and sank down against a wall cowering slightly from the fight that she knew was bound to break out between the two. "Zeth, please be careful and don't do anything stupid." she hoped that he would hear her unspoken words. |
