Maybe the issue is with patience, not with how long the draft takes us. I get it, trust me. Waiting for your next pick is frustrating, and can become tedious even. I am feeling this right now as I type as I am waiting for John to take his pick in another league so I can take my final pick!

But this is my personal problem, not John's 🤣

Three hours per pick for those with work/family/community/study commitments is just so untenable.

For me, Ideally we could find an evening where all 14 coaches were free and we could do it is one evening, with a two or three minute limit. That would be a lot of fun - but almost impossible logistically.

I think the way we do it is fine,and probably the most suitable option for the majority.
