If they are rules that change the way we play the game, sure, but no reason why for example, Balance Sheets can't be opened up, and we start running our own side. OR like the first Vote done yesterday, the all too difficult question, that we have time before and after a draft to have trade periods. So hard to vote yes or no on that, and get it passed through. SOOO much work. There is legislations and getting it through parliament. God I don't know what I was thinking.

I did cover that. I did say Mods could say Postpone if they thought the actual vote could not be implemented during the season. But seems to have fell on deaf ears apparently.
