I have researched into things, and I have found plenty of examples that suggest player position change pretty quickly. So in fielding our side, if it happens just before an opening that the Mods open the Balance Sheet, you're lucky. If not, then you wait up to six months to change something. And that change, every week, with say a Laverde in a Forward pocket rather than a Back Pocket, IRKS THE ABSOLUTE SHIT OUT OF ME. It really pisses me off.

I have said, MANY MANY MANY times, for 17 years, that the WHOLE idea of this competition is to have it AS CLOSE TO AFL as possible. Having a Laverde locked out of his rightful position, is NOT as close to AFL as possible.

And despite all of this evidence, and TRYING to explain what 4 coaches have had issues with, you are dismissive, and say bad luck.

We are midweek. Teams are JUST coming out, and we all have a little time to put into the conversation NOW, because we are. What have I kept Coaches from?

Your example of participation in off season chats about the league, has been made. And MANY MANY times prior, in 17 off seasons, things have constantly been missed by coaches participating less in the off season.

I can only vote a definite NO to that idea. And you probably will have support, and sweeping it under the carpet will be the way it goes, but my thoughts are, WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL. Why are you so fricken busy that these small amounts of time to vote Yes or No on a subject, will somehow take up A LOT of your time. I am putting time into it now, because I HAVE time. I am not at work, so I am opening discussion.

In September/October, HOPEFULLY my work will be back in full swing, and I won't have time to put into this then like you seemingly now.

But that will be all good, you will be able to slide another few things in without anyone really noticing, and I'll hopefully be busy, so you can hope that the loud opinionated one is not at the table.

I feel you have put things into place that weren't agreed upon by coaches, like Locking Balance Sheets, and not allowing US to run our own side, so I don't acknowledge the existance of those rules. Show me in archives, where we all agreed to lock the Balance Sheet. Show me in the archive, where we Voted that we couldn't do our own balance sheet.

I will continue to just run my side with my own knowledge of my players, and you can penalize me all you want, I don't care anymore. Not going to play finals anyway. And the rate its going, I won't be playing next year. Which is good timing for you, because apparently your calendar frees up as soon as the season finishes.

The most frustrating thing, is just how dismissive you are that there are coaches that want change. Maybe not enough coaches to actual change things here, but these balance restrictions are really annoying my time in the game as mentioned.
