Then mods do a once over to make sure coaches aren't taking the mickey (ie. Selwood at F2). Nonetheless, it's pretty flexible as you have noticed, you can name someone a in a couple roles and end up with 9/18 eligible positions for that player... true utility.

We lock it and then have 1 opening in MSD for coaches to update, mods review and approve/decline before applying the updates... this means mods don't have to overlook week in week out.

We do need to remember why TB was implemented in the first place... we had coaches starting to notice genuine MIDs being played in pockets... this was going unnoticed during the year because it's a gentlemens game BUT when the going got real in finals we had heavy debates around it.

A TB approach was voted in.

If we want to change the way we do "Team Balance" - lets hear the proposals and put it to a vote... and end of year.
