Since that is the way all rules come in, I am sure that is not too much to ask.

We already have established that the 3 HO Ruck Rule was added to the rules, without this process. You have conceded that point.

Yes, you are saying that going forward this process will be used, which is great, but what about all the rules that were bought in without this system?

I would suggest it makes them unauthorised rules in our competition, right now. Rules that no one has to follow, because they are technically not in. Just because you have them there, doesn't mean we have to acknowledge they are.

Despite this, there is a Vote to end all votes during the season. Great way of getting things back right again. Some of our coaches are really switched on to what is happening here by the looks.

But that is often the way isn't it, you try to explain things in detail, and people go into the fetal position saying too much info, too much info.
