As a former mod I can see both sides of the coin and I am not pointing the finger at anyone in thinking that they will abuse/cheat the balance system.

I too want a realistic experience in naming players where they play if they play 3 games or more in that role and don't believe we should be locked out of the Team Balance as I want to be able to make changes.

I think all coaches have got a good eye on their team positioning.
