I didn't think there was any ambiguity or need to check the rule, usually I would ask a mod - you know me!

John's understanding of the rule is the best for protecting replacement coaches, and the current rule doesn't really do that sorry Brendo!

___

Current: You can trade out as much as you want, as long as you trade back in a first or second. Bad if someone quits after trading.

My interpretation: Don't trade out all your future picks in the MSD, but trading during the ND is fine.

Johns interpretation: Don't trade out all your future picks in the ND. Seems to be the best for protecting replacement coaches, but most restrictive - would have less trades happening.

If you're worried about me quitting, don't think you are but here's my rationale....Next year's draft is going to be deep with the extra pool of 19 year olds so I intentionally went early this year + late next year to strengthen my team long term - no risk of me leaving! :)

Lets get back to the draft!

Cheers.
