Sam Jacobs (GWS) played on FRIDAY night... therefore we all knew he was NOT playing. Mumford was the #1 ruck and Jacobs was the 4th EMG... he was never playing. Yet, he was named in SL as RUCK.

The question is, should the 1st emg come in for Jacobs? or should the SL team receive a 0... because they don't have the depth to cover "TEAM BALANCE".

Please keep in mind, a "0" is a minor disadvantage, it's not a penalty. We play best 18, so having a "0" just means you have less chance of a stronger best 18. However, if you get to replace your "RUCK" with a "MID" (1st emg)... you now have a potential advantage by replacing a KPP with a small/medium MID.
