Subject: Based on feedback - emg capped at 8

Hey gents, based on the feedback that 4 was too little, we have extended to 8 emergencies being named.

We hopefully hope we won't be requiring 8 emergencies during a round.

Why didnt we extend it to 10 or 20? because it keeps the SCORE/TEAM sheet on our document nice and neat, it looks better kept simple... hopefully.

As discussed in the other thread, we changed the rule to 4 after last round due to sheets design - mods have taken the feedback onboard and updated to 8, this is due to feedback received - hope we're good now on that front.
