The other day, I seen that you guys put issues up for debate/vote. I skimmed over it, as I was very busy with a Bathroom Reno I am doing, and nightshift.

I was intending on getting back on to vote for my preference, but never got the chance. I wanted to read over it again when I had time, to really understand the proposals, and imagine them playing out.

There was a lot of information to consider. I was happy with the vote going either way, as I think we all need to understand that the proof will really be in the pudding.

Although it feels a little authoritarian to be told this rule and that rule are simply coming in, as decided by mods, and I see an importance for us all to have a say if need be, the chance cant be open for ever. I had my chance, and I didn't weigh in, and the vote was past through, but there was no known time frame.

If we have a time frame, no one can say I don't like this or that rule, and I didn't vote on it. Mods could say, it was open for a week for discussion and to be voted on, and fr example, it got past through and implemented as majority ruled in a 6-1 vote count. Not all coaches voted, but they could have, and they had a clear timeline.

On Voy, this needs to be headed. I think we need to be more careful with WHERE we put conversations too. I am even guilty of it, discussing in a team selection thread. Which used to be a massive bug bear for me. I will endevour to work harder on it in the future. Relocating poorly positioned posts on Voy.

And further to that, I still like a designated spot for team selection on here, but I see that the Team page has been bettered, so I could see getting used to it, but it is so good being able to select a side, then if players drop out, you can reshuffle in real time, and it is timed on the board. Lock outs happen that stop this on the Sheets.
