It doesn't presuppose it necessarily. It could be that God is omnipotent and that omnipotency is defined as that which can be logically done without limit. Of course, I don't find that the Christian concepts of God often lend themselves to this interpretation.

It could be, but then, I suppose we could say that everything is merely a human concept and nothing is bound by what we see or think.
