Scholars say the world was created in 4004 bce .... but there is no doubt about the existance of communities 35,000 years ago and some will say that figure could be as high as 1.5 million years.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that ... it's the very lack of god that got us started! I mean we were living in groups long before our intelligence came up with the idea of god(s).
Once we realized there was saftey in the group we could relax a bit and this is when we really started thinking.
I reckon one of the first laws we came up with was:
