>You speak of God as if you are on his level.

No. You're wrong there. I place myself ABOVE his level. I'd never want to be on the same level as such an unethical butcher. (if there was a christian god to begin with)

>To talk about gods ethics is foolery. Example Does the
>fact that Knives have been used to murder prove that
>no one designed them? NO.

I'm glad you did my thinking for me here, but this analogy is faulty. God seems to indicate he's super mr. nice guy especially in the new testament, but earlier he was all genocidal. Either god is a liar, or he is a murderer. I prefer a third option--he isn't real as portrayed by the Bible.

Do you only believe what you
>can see? What do you really believe?

I believe what I can see, and I also believe the evidence for things I can't directly see but can measure.

And some people arrogantly believe stuff they shouldn't.

>Why not study the Bible yourself... not just read.

For the same reason you likely don't study the Koran in depth.

>There is plenty to learn and understand. Once you have
>done this then try disproving the Bible & God.

I'm not trying to "disprove" anything. I'd like to see anyone "disprove" anything actually.

>In fact I set you a challenge...Have a Bible study
>with one of Jehovahs Witnesses bombard them with
>questions and the like, I am sure after extensive

There's a theory in psychology called effort justification dissonance. It basically states that if one puts in enough effort, one will necessarily adjust their beliefs in accordance with that effort; otherwise they will feel negatively. This often works on people who are "undecided" about an issue. I'm not undecided on this issue.

What you propose would be tantamount to me asking you to have a real heart to heart with a fundamentalist muslim for hours on end. I'd be willing to bet neither of you would budge, and both of you would absolutely insist you were right about your corresponding philosophies.

I would love to do it myself but I
>probably live hundreds of miles away from you.

I can only hope.

>Have you got the bottle, have you got the staying

I don't know. You talk to the fundamentalist Muslim first, and then we'll discuss my mettle.
