Job Description: Perform general labor tasks-and other duties as required, alone or as part of a crew under direction of a lead. Must be able to take direction and perform an assigned task in a safe & timely manner. Must have knowledge of the production facilities, & a general knowledge mechanical practices & piping bolt-up procedures. Perform a large amount of physical labor both in and outdoors, bending, squatting, kneeling, and heavy lifting. Must be willing to understand prioritization of safety, quality, & production, & try to work accordingly. Detailed Description Scrape, clean, prime, and apply protective coatings on various surfaces as required. Dig ditches, tunnels, bores, and back fills as required. Lift, carry, and handle construction supplies and materials. Assist journey-level workers as . Assist in the repair and lubrication of equipment and machinery. Operate light machinery and equipment as required. Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the general work area. Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures. Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations. Job Requirements Minimum Education and Experience High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one year related training and experience required. A combination of training and experience may be substituted for the diploma requirement. Certifications Current Drivers license with excellent driving record NSTC Certification
