As I've written time and again if the government was serious it would limits on how many packs a family is able to purchase. Yeah another piece of bullshit, there's too much tobacco excise and cigarette outlet taxes for that to be a consideration. All governments are hypocrites. I'm just waiting for my 8 year old to be suspended for smoking on the way to school and I'll transfer all my 4 children to another school. There are two here with relaxed rules on smoking although it is only allowed during recess and lunch times. Starting them in another school is not something I particularly want to do. We've just been through that expense when we sold and bought new home recently. I don't know about your daughters but mine have started to really badly since I allowed them to smoke.
