 Ren and Lilly each had twins about 2 years ago. Ren had 2 girls and Lilly had a boy and a girl. I read on another forum a couple of years back that Lilly named her baby boy Kane and her baby girl Coco because the two names running together was the closet she could get to cocaine. They each breastfed each other's babies as well as their own and were going to encourage all 4 babies to call both Ren and Lilly mommy. Ren and Lilly were inseparable.
