 Samantha, I think smoking is definitely something you can teach your youngest daughter. Drugs are entirely up to you hon. If you do choose to let her use drugs start small maybe small amount of cocaine or heroin. But very small amount. If not just let her smoke definitely. My daughter started smoking at 5 and drinking and drugs shortly after. As you know it all seems to go together.
