 Before my son started when he was 10 I heavily promoted nicotine addiction and taught him that smoking is about the addiction and wanting more and more all of the time. He is 14 now and he has grown with that mentality of wanting more. He knows now that addiction is important and becoming more addicted! The approach I took conditioned him good and proper. He smokes now 8ppd as your daughter does! Your kids smoking so heavy so young is fantastic promote nicotine addiction and reiterating how important it is.
Keep pushing your kids harder!!
