And Danika, well it's as always up to each individual family plus also if the child even wants to explore taking up smoking.

As for us over here what we did is start the children on the flavoured vapes to get them used to inhaling etc etc.

We have those 500 disposable vapes as in gives you up to 500 inhales.

With our children at the start they would last a few weeks and then down to a week and then by the end just a couple of days. This went on over many a month, anything between 6 and 12 months and then when ready you slowly introduce them to inhaling from a cig, just drags for starters just to see how they get on whilst still on the vapes.

Once the nicotine addiction starts to hit then they start wanting more before they start smoking full time. So for us its a gradual process starting from the age of 5 and just going on from there.

How much they smoke, well we all have those days when we all smoke more on one day and less on others. As you can imagine the school days is much less compared to the weekends but even so, some weekends the levels sometimes stay as in the week day levels.

Not this past weekend we've just had, but when you have so many smokers around and its the good old as soon as you see one finish you see another light up and so does the rest of us.

That's just natural but I couldn't ever limit for one simple reason, I don't limit myself.

But that's for each individual family to decide on. There are no real right or wrong answers on this
