 badinfluence has given the best advice by far in my opinion. The car air-conditioner is the best place to trap cigarette smoke. The air from the conditioner circulates the cigarette smoke thus trapping that inside. Using the air-conditioner is so effective that windows wound up whilst smoking is near impossible to eradicate that aroma. Car detailers have told me that when I've taken my own vehicle for regular car washes and polishes half-yearly.

Congratulations 🎉 from me too and there's nothing quite like cuddling a new-born doused in cigarette smoke.
