You've got a good memory - in part- I did say my youngest will start smoking when he's 5. Chelsea my middle dau, aged 7 wants to teach him. He'll be 5 on October 8 but we have a long weekend in Sydney this weekend Monday 2 so he can start then or this Friday night 29 September. Kids under 5 who smoke look so clumsy, get saliva all over the filter of their ciggie and lack know-how on the finer details. Young girl smokers have got more of their act together in that regard.
