Strange Stephen,
Kids can smoke to a certain extent, they can't buy cigarettes her. The cops conficate them. I tell Chelsea and Dylan to take only a few in a pack when the go out.

The government has not got any money, the money they have belongs to the public, how dare they interefe with our lives.

We'll become like New Zealand who is going to put a ban on smoking for beginners.

Strangely enough a member of parliament has backflipped and is now calling for vaping not to be illegal. Once he was an advoate for banning vapes. In his own words he's realized banning vape will not deter kids from smoking.
