 I got my son into smoking age 10. I heavily promoted nicotine addiction and taught him that smoking was about the addiction and wanting more and more all of the time. She needs to know how important and how really good the addiction is. Make sure she knows that the more addicted she is the better smoking becomes! That's the approach I took with my son. He's now 14 and smoking near 6ppd! Feel free to email if you wants to talk more.
