  • Not only that but I think it is very unfair that dancers from the school hosting the feis are allowed to compete. Especially in beginner sections wearing class costumes. That's a few times now where I have gone to a feis and the blatant favours for hosting school was clear to see. I hate taking away from children but also unfair on taking away from deserving children. (NT) -- I am not talking about my daughter as her results were fair for how she danced. But seeing other children not getting placed their deserving placement because the favours went to the dancers from the school hosting it. But again things will never change., Sun, May 26 2024, 22:33:54
  • So a school should host a feis but not allow their own dancers to compete at it? When it's a schools feis, they're always going to have a huge number of entrants and statistically they'll probably win more because of that. (NT) -- All class costumes are identifiable, Mon, May 27 2024, 3:22:58
