Hi, here are a few places my daughter loves for outfits:
Shein
Stradivarius
Primark
River Island
Zara
ASOS
H&M

I would recommend Shein first. Look at the outfits on the models, for example if you see a nice skirt check what they’ve paired it with. Shein is very reasonable and is probably your best bet. Primark is very good for basics, T-shirts, vest tops, crop tops etc.
River Island and Zara are more expensive but River Island is good for denim, it’s great quality.
ASOS is also good for ideas, check what the models are wearing and maybe even try and find similar on Shein it will be cheaper.
But don’t worry about outfits I’m sure she will look good in whatever she wears. Hope this helps.
