Subject: All of this and more . Not everyone recalls nearly and many are left disappointed doesn’t bean anything about their dancing but it really affects a child’s confidence and mental health . Every dancer should be praised you never know what dancing means to them
In reply to: Mental health mum 's message, "Why do some teachers only post photos of dancers who win from Ulsters? So disrespectful to dancers who danced and didn’t recall. Teachers who post photos of all their dancers regardless of position, well done to you’s that’s how it should be. What sort of message does that send out? Such a detrimental effect to the mental health of dancers who are already bitterly disappointed and speaks volumes about the nature of those teachers and who to avoid if you are considering a move!" on Sun, Nov 03 2024, 12:10:40

  • It’s the same with how some of them treat the parents . Some parents are stuck to the teachers and other parents side lined and barely acknowledge. But then again some of the parents are fawning around teachers all week . Would sell their soul for special attention. They need to remember they are teaching dancing not donating a kidney (NT) -- NT, Sun, Nov 03 2024, 17:20:28
  • We have a few of these in our school. All over the teachers for any bit of attention they can get, like teachers pets in school. It’s highly embarrassing for both parties. Yet the teachers practically ignore some parents and speak to them like they are dirt. Some teachers definitely get inflated ego’s when they collect their TCRG certificates. They seem to forget WE employ THEM, and without parents they wouldn’t have a school. Then they have the audacity to preach “Be Kind”. (NT) -- Bemused parent, Sun, Nov 03 2024, 22:52:28
