I have to admit that I had never really thought about "usual". For me it is up and off to the side, always has been, no matter what I am wearing. Like this, there is no discomfort at all wearing panty girdles. Even very tight which is what I like. The feeling of support and control is great! I am all about the feel and enjoyment.

For those who wear an OBG, how far down your thigh does it go? Seems to me any distance at all precludes wearing pants. No problem with skirts or dresses, but I don't wear them. For the guys wearing OBG, is that what you wear?

For my enjoyment today I have been wearing 3 pairs of Spanx all-in-one size small, despite the Spanx size chart suggesting I should wear 2XL. That is the only way you can get any tightness out of them at all. It gives an overall tightness without any binding or digging in. Very comfortable, all day so far about 15 hours. To make it feel better I am wearing latex under it.
