Thanks you are exactly right.
I have the same problem everyday.
With both my spine and my stomach when I am out of a girdle.
I wake up each and every morning clean up and right away I put on a vintage girdle. Otherwise I feel very uncomfortable.

The benefits of being daily well girdled are trully amazing.

I found after I went through girdle training that I just do not feel right unless I am in a girdle. Sitting standing and just getting around.

I still do not get why women will not daily wear a vintage girdle.
