I don't know about that. I am male and a large part of what I enjoy is the tightness and feeling of support on my balls, and everywhere else from panty girdles. I have often worn all night (therefore several days in a row 24 hours straight day after day) and I love it. I have never worn an OBG, I don't think I would like it. As well you can't wear them with pants.

I like tight. Usually several layers to get it nice and tight. However I can not wear as tight at night as in the day, or I may have trouble breathing freely. I guess my diaphragm needs a gravity assist to pull in air. This would also be because I like all-in-ones and high waste. Sometimes I wear a waist cincher right up under my arms to control the muffin top that can appear at the top of the all-in-one.
