You are lucky Emma.
The Rago and Cortland longlines have staves the creep up your arm pits and become uncomfortable. The Exquisite Form gives me the best fit. I have several items from back in the 60's and 70's that I can no longer read the label. You are absolutely correct, they don't make shapewear like they did before. For today I am wearing the Rago 6210, an absolutely wonderful girdle. Have the Front Close Wire free Longline Posture Bra 5107565 for upper back support. And in between to cover the long torso, the Ilusion 71007187 Waist Cincher. These items remind me of the high quality garments that used to be common every day.
