I believe that once a woman can go through the girdle training like this https://toms0321.wordpress.com/ wearing a girdle does become very beneficial.

I believe that wearing daily a vintage girdle like Rago 6210 is also good for your overall health. The daily support a girdle gives you is essential.

I personally believe that once you experience having your stomach and back daily well supported you find you feel so much better.

I also believe in a women's case as I can tell reading your posts wearing daily a vintage girdle worn daily has truly an amazing benefit to your personal realtionship with your husband.
