Yes Rob, I have to agree with Chrisp. You may not see the results you're looking for by wearing a girdle. A girdle will give you a smoothing effect, but won't necessarily reduce your waist. Of course a big variable is what girdle you choose to buy. A high waist long leg girdle works best for me. Biggest actual advantage of wearing a nice firm girdle is it'll make you feel slimmer and held together. At least that's my take on it.
