I am around your age to have been wearing a girdle since the 1960's. What I found as I started getting older I have mild case of scolosis. I went to a doctor who recommended I should go to a professional corsetier for being fitted in a girdle like Rago 6210 and go through girdle training. I did what my doctor told me I found the real benefits of being daily always well girdled are real. The support in your stomach and internal organs plus your back is essential for my overall heath. This to me once I experienced being daily well girdle would be for very benefitical for both men and women.
