I have not purchased these, but I have looked at the page you mentioned. The items do look quite Spanks-like, but that probably does not mean much. It does surprise me they use the Thinstincts name, which is a US trademark owned by Spanx, they applied for it in 2016. It may be that Spanx does not have it registered in whatever country KKP operates in, which greatly complicates enforcing of trademarks.

Also Thinstincts is Spanx level 2 control. You probably know Spanx comes in 3 "levels". My interpretation of the levels is:

Level 1: Not really any use.
Level 2: About like a nice Speedo swimsuit.
Level 3: Maybe a little better than level 2.

The prices are better than genuine Spanx, you could just try one. :-) I would be very surprised if they are uncomfortable to sleep in.
