Yes Bill I agree, wearing a girdle is very soothing. And wearing it to bed is the perfect time to relax and just enjoy the wonderful girdle wearing experience. Waking up in a girdle is a nice perk as well.

Years ago my wife would wear her long leg panty girdle to bed because she knew how much I enjoyed it. Many times it led to foreplay and eventually intercourse. Afterwards I'd usually put her girdle on and wear it till morning. But occasionally she'd wear it all night till morning, just so I could cuddle.
