Thank you for what you said.
You are 100% correct once out of vintage girdle or a corset and your stomach muscles and internal organs and back are not well supported is very very uncomfortable.

The health benefits of being always well girdled are truly amazing. Which I wish more people knew about this. They did back during the Golden Age of Girdles.

In my case I have a mild case of scoliosis I went to a professional corsetier who fitted my in a Rago 6210 girdle and put me through girdle training. She told me that like herself I will become girdle dependent. I am now girdle dependent and so I really do understand you do get to the point you can never ever go without a vintage girdle.
